abstract | It is an object of the present invention to obtain a resin composition for fuel system parts that is excellent in fuel permeation resistance and impact resistance, and is excellent in durability and safety. The resin composition for fuel system parts of the present invention specifies a specific polyester resin excellent in fuel permeability resistance to a polyamide resin excellent in flexibility, heat resistance, gasoline resistance and impact resistance. By blending in an amount, the fuel system parts can be composed of a single material by combining the mechanical toughness and fuel permeability required for the fuel system parts. The resin composition for fuel system parts of the present invention is characterized by improving mechanical characteristics and fuel permeation resistance by melt-mixing a polyamide resin and a polyester resin with a specific compatibilizing agent interposed therebetween.
