titleOfInvention | Resin composition and reactor using the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a resin composition in which a metal powder and a synthetic resin are bonded with a strong force, and a reactor including a core made of the resin composition. A metal powder 4 is dispersed in a synthetic resin 3 containing an acidic phosphate compound 2. The hydrogen atom contained in the hydroxyl group of the acidic phosphate ester compound 2 is hydrogen-bonded with the oxygen atom present on the surface of the metal powder 4. Further, the organic group R of the acidic phosphate compound 2 has an affinity for and interacts with the synthetic resin 3. Therefore, the acidic phosphate ester compound 2 acts as an adhesion-imparting agent, and the adhesive force between the metal powder 4 and the synthetic resin 3 is strengthened.
