titleOfInvention Glass substrate for display device and display device
abstract 【Task】 Provided is a method for producing a glass substrate for a display device that is lightweight and has high clarity while reducing environmental burden. [Solution] Glass raw material batch is melted and refined, and expressed in mass%, SiO 2 50 to 70%, B 2 O 3 5 to 18%, Al 2 O 3 10 to 25%, MgO 0 to 10%, CaO 0 to 20 %, SrO 0-20%, BaO 0-10%, RO 5-20% (where R is at least one selected from Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba), R ′ 2 O 0.20% or more. 0% or less (wherein R ′ is at least one selected from Li, Na and K) and 0.05 to 1.5% in total of oxides of metals whose valence fluctuates in molten glass , As 2 O 3 , Sb 2 O 3, and PbO are produced, and a glass substrate for a display device is produced by processing the obtained glass into a thin plate shape. It is a manufacturing method of the glass substrate for water. [Selection figure] None
