titleOfInvention | Sludge dewatering method |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To reduce sludge generated in biological treatment processes of various industrial effluents with an electroosmotic dehydrator, reduce chemical costs, and require additional equipment and additional energy such as dissolution tanks and heating equipment. Efficient electroosmotic dehydration treatment is performed without any problems. A concentrated salt discharged from a wastewater treatment facility is added to sludge and then dehydrated by an electroosmotic dehydrator. By adding concentrated salt discharged from wastewater treatment facilities that have been disposed of in the past to sludge to be subjected to electroosmosis dehydration, the electrical conductivity of the sludge is increased and the dewatering efficiency by the electroosmosis dehydrator is increased. The moisture content of the dehydrated sludge obtained can be reduced. [Selection] Figure 1 |
