titleOfInvention | Method for producing emulsion of fatty acid and method for producing cast coated paper |
abstract | [Problem] To provide a method for producing an emulsion of a fatty acid which can easily obtain a water-insoluble emulsion with high productivity, and a method for producing a cast coated paper using the emulsion obtained by this production method. A method for producing an emulsion of a water-insoluble fatty acid, comprising: adding a base to the fatty acid in water to obtain an aqueous basic salt solution of the fatty acid; and an emulsifier in the aqueous basic salt solution of the fatty acid. To prepare an emulsion containing the second step of obtaining an emulsifier-containing basic salt aqueous solution and the third step of adding an acid to the emulsifier-containing basic salt aqueous solution to obtain an emulsion of the fatty acid. Method. [Selection figure] None |
