abstract |
The present invention provides an airflow generation device that is excellent in bonding strength between an electrode and a dielectric and dielectric strength of the dielectric and can exhibit a sufficient airflow generation effect. An airflow generating device includes a dielectric body formed by stacking two different dielectric layers, a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer, and a surface of the first dielectric layer. The first electrode 23 provided and the second electrode 24 provided on the surface of the second dielectric layer 22 on the side different from the first dielectric layer 21 side are provided. The airflow generation device 10 generates a current by converting a part of the gas in contact with the surface of the first dielectric layer 21 into a plasma by applying a voltage between the first electrode 23 and the second electrode 24. .
