Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a wiring board that is combined with an optical waveguide that can reduce distortion generated in the optical waveguide during the manufacturing process and can stabilize dimensions. The present invention provides a process A for forming a circuit on a first substrate, and a process B for laminating a first support on a circuit forming surface of the first substrate through a first release layer.
