titleOfInvention Liquid developer and image forming method
abstract To provide a liquid developer having excellent charging characteristics and excellent dispersion stability of toner particles, and an image forming method using the liquid developer. A liquid developer according to the present invention includes toner particles and an insulating liquid containing a polyglycerol fatty acid ester. The number of repeating units of the glycerin skeleton of the polyglycerin fatty acid ester is preferably 2-10. The esterification rate of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester is preferably 70% or more. The resin material constituting the toner particles preferably contains a rosin resin. The acid value of the rosin resin is preferably 40 mgKOH / g or less. [Selection figure] None
