abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device in which a reflective layer can be easily formed and light can be extracted efficiently. An illumination device (1) includes a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements (5), a reflective layer (3, 23), and a translucent adhesive layer (6). The semiconductor light emitting device (5) includes a light transmitting substrate (11) and a semiconductor light emitting layer (12) formed on the substrate (11). The reflective layers (3, 23) have such a size that the semiconductor light emitting elements (5) are arranged at intervals. The adhesive layer (6) holds the semiconductor light emitting device (5) on the reflective layer (3, 23) by adhering the substrate (11) of the semiconductor light emitting device (5) to the reflective layer (3, 23). is doing.
