[PROBLEMS] To provide a hemoglobin solution containing an allosteric factor that can transport oxygen necessary not only for bleeding treatment but also for treatment of infarcted sites, cancer sites, etc. with a single preparation and having improved hemoglobin yield. A liposome suspension is provided as a phase. [Means] In a liposome suspension having a hemoglobin solution containing allosteric factor as an inner aqueous phase, (1) hemoglobin concentration (2) allosteric factor concentration (3) liposome membrane-forming lipid concentration (4 ) Limit the optimum value of stearic acid concentration.
