Mercury ion detection method and kit |
abstract |
Detecting Hg (II) ions in a test sample using a substance that emits fluorescence when Hg (II) ions are present in the test sample and has less influence on heavy metal ions than the single-stranded DNA. Provide a way to do it. A solution containing a test sample, a first single-stranded nucleic acid, and a second single-stranded nucleic acid; and excimer luminescence generated by irradiating the obtained solution with excitation light. It is solved by a method of detecting mercury ions, including detecting. [Selection figure] None |
