A culture containing a Lactobacillus acidophilus group Lactobacillus strain L-55 and a culture containing a yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain S4-A are both contained as active ingredients. The viable count of the L-55 strain is 5 × 10 9 or more and 50 × 10 9 or less, and the viable count of the S4-A strain is 2 × 10 8 or more and 20 × 10 8 or less.
