An agrochemical active ingredient of 1,3-dicarbamoylthio-2- (N, N-dimethylamino) -propane hydrochloride and / or 5-dimethylamino-1,2,3-trithian oxalate A granule for controlling freshwater snails containing -30% by mass, 50-90% by mass of a thermoplastic biodegradable plastic resin, and 7-42% by mass of an elution promoting material in water.
