titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing absorbent article
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an absorbent article in which uneven coating of an indicator hardly occurs and a defect is not generated in a back sheet. A contact type coating machine is used to obtain an elongated back sheet by applying an indicator to a coating area of a long liquid-impermeable sheet, and a detector detects a defect occurring in the coating area. A first step of transmitting a detection signal and a plurality of absorbers arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction on the long backsheet, opposite to the surface of the absorber on which the long backsheet is arranged A second step including disposing a long top sheet on the side surface, a third step for obtaining a continuous article of absorbent articles by fixing the long back sheet and the long top sheet to each other, and absorptivity A fourth step of obtaining a defective product having a defect and an absorbent article having no defect by cutting the continuous article between adjacent absorbers, and absorbing the defective product based on the detection signal. And a fifth step of sorting the articles. [Selection] Figure 5
