titleOfInvention Injection foam molding method and apparatus
abstract The present invention relates to a method of molding an injection foam molded article having a good appearance while preventing gas accumulation. After introducing a gas into a cavity 113 after mold clamping and increasing the pressure, a resin material X of a thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent is injected. After the skin layer is formed, simultaneously with the core back for foaming the resin raw material X or after the core back is performed, the gas in the cavity 113 is vacuumed to bring the inside of the cavity 113 to less than atmospheric pressure. Cool and solidify to obtain an injection foam molded article. Before completely solidifying, the gas between the resin raw material X and the inner surface of the mold 110 can be surely exhausted out of the cavity 113 to prevent the formation of surface dents and swirl marks due to the gas pool.
