titleOfInvention | Food heating method and heating tool used therefor |
abstract | In a heating method for retort food using an exothermic reaction caused by contact between a chemical exothermic agent and water, the heat generation efficiency is maximized by the reaction with water, and the object to be heated such as food during heating is efficiently heated. The problem is to exchange. A heating tool configured by connecting three chemical exothermic agent filling bags 1 via a joint portion 2 is opposed to the filling bag at one end and the filling bags 1 and 1 at the end via the joint portion. The retort foods 5 and 6 that are heated in the meantime, are loaded between the chemical heating agent filling bags 1 and 1 that are aligned and folded in the opposite direction, and are stored in the heating container 4 in this state. In this case, a predetermined amount of water is supplied to cause the exothermic reaction of the chemical exothermic agent to heat the filled food. [Selection] Figure 4 |
