A flap endonuclease variant. |
abstract |
Provided is a gene polymorphism analysis reagent that is more accurate, simpler and more efficient in detection than conventional methods. [Problem solving means] Mutations are introduced into the substrate binding site of the flap endonuclease to obtain mutants with altered substrate specificity. The obtained mutant substantially acts only on a DNA substrate having a 3 ′ protruding end, and is suitable for use as a gene polymorphism analysis reagent. [Selection figure] None |
