titleOfInvention | Display element and method of manufacturing counter electrode for display element |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an EC-type and ED-type display element having high display stability and drive stability for each pixel when matrix driving is performed using a TFT circuit. Moreover, the manufacturing method of the counter electrode for display elements used for the said display element is provided. A display electrode, a counter electrode, and an electrolyte composition sandwiched between them are provided, and the electrode or the electrolyte composition contains a compound that develops and decolors by an oxidation-reduction reaction. A display element having a porous structure containing oxide particles separated by a bank resin on the outermost surface of the counter electrode, and the porous structure and the bank resin are not in contact with each other A display element characterized by the above.
