[PROBLEMS] To provide a sleep-inducing agent that significantly improves the problems of an oral sleep-improving agent (or sleep-inducing agent) and has an excellent therapeutic effect in introducing sleep in insomnia and the like. The nasal sleep inducer contains a medicinal component having a hypnotic action and an antihistamine action, and is introduced into sleep by nasal administration (or nasal systemic administration). The medicinal component may be diphenhydramine hydrochloride, chlorpheniramine maleate, promethazine hydrochloride, hydroxyzine hydrochloride, ketotifen fumarate, azelastine hydrochloride, and the like. Sleep inducers are administered nasally and systemically, so that even if the dose is small, the immediate effect is high, and the daily dose of the medicinal component may be 0.1 to 50 mg of the medicinal component for an adult. .
