abstract | Disclosed is a resin-coated metal sheet for containers that can satisfy many required characteristics required for canned foods and has excellent scratch corrosion resistance. A resin-coated metal plate for a container having a multi-layered resin layer on at least one surface, and a polyester resin layer serving as an adhesion layer with the metal plate satisfies the following (A) to (E): . (A) At least 1 or more types of an amino resin and an isocyanate compound are contained in 1-20PHR with respect to a polyester resin. (B) Polyphosphate is contained in the range of 5 to 50 PHR with respect to the polyester resin. (C) A conductive polymer is contained in the range of 0.1 to 30.0 PHR with respect to the polyester resin. (D) A dopant is contained in the range of 0.01 to 1.00 mol with respect to 1 mol of the conductive polymer. (E) The adhesion amount is 0.1 g / m 2 or more and 5.0 g / m 2 or less.
