abstract | Provided is a simple and efficient method for determining an insect contamination time, in which a measurement principle can be easily understood by consumers, and the destruction of a specimen accompanying a test can be minimized. According to the present invention, the ethanol content in the body of an insect mixed in an alcoholic beverage is measured, and the time when the insect is mixed into the alcoholic beverage is determined from the amount, and mixed in the alcoholic beverage.
