titleOfInvention | Joint inspection method and joint inspection apparatus |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a bonding strength by using a bonding portion reflection time from generation of an ultrasonic wave for inspection to appearance of a reflection wave peak intensity at a bonding portion of a bonding member bonded by ultrasonic bonding. Improve accuracy. SOLUTION: By using ultrasonic waves generated by an ultrasonic generator, the intensity of reflected waves reflected from a bonded portion of a bonded member bonded by ultrasonic bonding is measured, and the suitability of the bonded strength of the bonded portion is determined. In the joining portion inspection method, the suitability of the joining strength is determined based on the joining portion reflection time T2 from when the ultrasound generator generates the ultrasound until the joining portion reflected wave peak intensity SS2 appears. A method for inspecting a joint part. [Selection] Figure 4 |
