titleOfInvention | Vegetable oil aqueous emulsion, diesel fuel, and method for producing vegetable oil aqueous emulsion |
abstract | Provided is a vegetable oil aqueous emulsion that can increase the oil content, has excellent stability, and can be suitably used particularly as a diesel fuel. A vegetable oil aqueous emulsion comprising a vegetable oil dispersed with a surfactant represented by the general formula (1). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the particle diameter of dispersed oil droplets of vegetable oil is 1 to 10 μm, the content of the surfactant is 0.3 to 7% by weight in the emulsion, Contains 0.1 to 5% by weight of sorbitan ester. Moreover, the weight ratio of vegetable oil / water is in the range of 90/10 to 50/50. (R 1 represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, R 2 represents an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and n represents an integer of 6 to 18) [Selection figure] None |
