abstract |
A novel configuration of an implantable valve device is provided. Initially, a valve prosthesis is provided that is adapted to be retracted into a narrow configuration suitable for catheterization through a body conduit to a target location and adapted to be deployed by the condition at the target location. . And a prosthetic valve assembly having (a) an inlet 9 end and an outlet made of a compliant material aligned to present a wall foldable at the outlet 10; and (b) A prosthetic valve assembly is provided comprising a support structure positioned at a target location within the body and adapted to deploy the valve assembly by use of a deployment means.
