titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for producing ethanol from food waste
abstract A method or apparatus capable of recovering ethanol with high efficiency in recovering ethanol from food waste. SOLUTION: A method for producing ethanol from food waste containing carbohydrates includes a saccharification step in which saccharification enzyme is added and saccharification is performed after the food waste and water are added and stirring and temperature adjustment are performed. And a fermentation process in which yeast is introduced after temperature adjustment and fermented, a predistillation process in which pre-distillation is performed by temperature adjustment without solid-liquid separation after fermentation, and a discharge process in which waste liquid containing insoluble matter after predistillation is discharged. The problem could be solved by performing the same with the same ethanol recovery device. [Selection] Figure 1
