titleOfInvention | Dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element and method for producing dye-sensitized solar cell |
abstract | In a method for producing a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element and a dye-sensitized solar cell, the contact time required to obtain practical power generation performance is greatly reduced by a simple method. The method for producing a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device of the present invention includes a first step of forming a porous semiconductor layer on a conductive support, an aprotic polar solvent, a lower alcohol, and a surfactant. A dye solution prepared by dissolving a dye in a mixed solvent using either or both of them and adjusting the mass percent concentration of the dye to 0.5 w% or more is brought into contact with the porous semiconductor layer to obtain a dye solution. A second step of infiltrating the porous semiconductor layer; and a third step of drying the porous semiconductor layer infiltrated with the dye solution. Moreover, the manufacturing method of the dye-sensitized solar cell of this invention manufactures the dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element of a dye-sensitized solar cell using the said method.
