titleOfInvention | Modified polysilazane and coating solution |
abstract | Disclosed is a modified polysilazane that minimizes deterioration of physical properties as polysilazane accompanying modification while improving the SiO conversion rate, flexibility, and film thickness limit of polysilazane. A modified polysilazane obtained by modifying at least a part of a polysilazane main chain having a predetermined skeleton having a number average molecular weight of 300 to 50,000 with an organic compound having a functional group that reacts with the polysilazane. (A) The addition amount of the organic compound when modifying the polysilazane by adding the organic compound is 0.1 to 30 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polysilazane, and (B) A modified polysilazane, wherein the modified polysilazane has a modification rate of 10% or less.
