abstract |
Disclosed are a tranexamic acid-containing nanoparticle having a high skin permeability average particle diameter of less than 100 nm, and a simple and low-cost production method of a composite particle obtained by combining the nanoparticle. An aqueous solution in which tranexamic acid is dissolved and a solution in which a biocompatible polymer is mixed with an organic solvent are mixed, and the suspension of tranexamic acid-containing nanoparticles in which tranexamic acid is encapsulated in the biocompatible polymer is provided. Use a suspension. Next, the organic solvent is distilled off from the suspension of tranexamic acid-containing nanoparticles. Thereby, tranexamic acid-containing nanoparticles having high skin permeability suitable as a raw material for cosmetics and external medicines can be produced. [Selection figure] None |
