A polymer having an aliphatic ester structure and a polymer having an oxymethylene structure and a comonomer amount of 5 to 50% by weight are reacted with at least one compound having reactivity with a carboxyl group and formaldehyde. By mixing at least one kind of compound having the properties, the toughness can be remarkably improved and the amount of formaldehyde generated can be reduced while maintaining the strength at a high level.
