An anti-P-selectin antibody that does not bind to complement factor C1q is provided. Anti-P-selectin antibodies and variants thereof, particularly comprising an Fc portion derived from human origin and not binding complement factor C1q. The antibodies are useful for inflammatory and thrombotic disorders in patients with severe limb ischemia or peripheral arterial occlusive disease (CLI / PAOD). [Selection figure] None |
