titleOfInvention | Hydrodynamic bearing device |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to improve the adhesiveness of a resin part constituting a fluid dynamic bearing device at a low cost without performing any special surface treatment. A housing constituting a hydrodynamic bearing device is formed of a resin composition having a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) as a base resin, and the resin composition has an epoxy group and an epoxy index of 0. What mix | blended 5 meq / g or more of epoxy compounds so that the amount of epoxy groups in a resin composition might be 8 meq / 100g or more is used. An adhesive containing an epoxy group is used for bonding the housing 7 and the motor bracket 6 as another member. [Selection] Figure 1 |
