titleOfInvention | Composition containing photosensitive inorganic powder and method for forming inorganic structure |
abstract | A photosensitive inorganic powder-containing composition capable of obtaining an inorganic structure having high dispersibility of inorganic powder and high shape uniformity, and an inorganic structure having high shape uniformity by a simple process. A method of forming an inorganic structure that can be formed is provided. A photosensitive inorganic powder-containing composition includes (A) an inorganic powder, (B) a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. (A) The volume content of the inorganic powder is 45% by volume or more, and (A) the difference between the 90% particle diameter (D90) and the 10% particle diameter (D10) of the inorganic powder (D90-D10) Is in the range of 4.0 to 8.0 μm, and (A) the median diameter of the inorganic powder is in the range of 0.5 to 4.0 μm.
