titleOfInvention | Laminated board |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated board having mechanical characteristics, electrical characteristics, tracking resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: A predetermined number of paper base material prepregs obtained by impregnating and drying a phenolic resin coating solution on a paper base material are stacked on the lower surface, and a glass fiber base material prepreg obtained by impregnating and drying an epoxy resin coating solution on a glass fiber base material is predetermined. A laminated body characterized in that it is formed by stacking a number of sheets and further having a metal foil with an adhesive disposed on at least one side so that the adhesive surface and the glass fiber substrate prepreg surface face each other. It is a laminated board obtained. [Selection figure] None |
