【Task】 It is an object of the present invention to provide a method that enables quick and highly accurate identification or analogy of a sugar chain structure analysis that requires complicated operations and a large amount of sample from a very small amount of sugar chain sample. [Solution] A fluorescently labeled test sugar chain is brought into contact with a substrate on which various proteins interacting with sugar chains are immobilized, and the intensity of fluorescence is measured, and the protein interacting with each sugar chain is measured. The combined fluorescence intensity values of the test sugar chains are patterned, and the pattern is collated with the combination pattern of the fluorescence intensity values for each sugar chain in the control data.
