abstract |
Provided is a method for efficiently and accurately selecting and separating human myocardial progenitor cells having high differentiation ability into cardiomyocytes. Human N-cadherin is used as a cell surface marker that is specifically expressed in human myocardial progenitor cells, and an anti-human N-cadherin antibody having an affinity specific to human N-cadherin is used to obtain myocardium. A method of selecting a human stem cell population that is easily differentiated and separating strict human myocardial progenitor cells that have high differentiation potential into cardiomyocytes.
