abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating waterproof structure and a heat insulating waterproofing method for a structure using a resin foam excellent in heat resistance. SOLUTION: A heat insulating waterproof structure 1 has a heat insulating material 3 laminated on a base 2 of a structure and a heat fusion material on a surface exposed to the surface side of the heat insulating material 3, and is anchored to the base 2. And a fixing metal fitting 4 for fixing the heat insulating material 3 to the base 2, and a vinyl chloride resin-based sheet 5 laminated on the heat insulating material 3 and bonded to the fixing metal fitting 4 with a heat-sealing material. The heat insulating material 3 is formed by foaming a resin composition containing a copolymer composed of an aromatic vinyl unit and an aliphatic carboxylic acid derivative unit.
