The multilayer film was laminated when it was used by being laminated on other optical films, particularly polarizers, while maintaining the properties as an optical material even though it had a thermal history exposed to high temperatures. A method for producing a laminated film having good adhesion to the film and a laminated film produced by this method. SOLUTION: At least part of an acid structure contained in an acid structure-containing water-based urethane resin is placed inside a non-volatile base on the outer surface of at least one of layers b1 and b2 made of a methacrylic acid alkyl ester polymer resin composition.
