titleOfInvention | Crossed optical waveguide |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a crossed optical waveguide having an optical path branching structure in which the density and the degree of freedom of optical wiring are higher. A crossed optical waveguide according to the present invention includes a first core portion extending in a predetermined direction, a second core portion extending in a direction different from the predetermined direction, the first core portion, and the second core portion. A cross-type optical waveguide having an intersecting region intersecting with a core portion, wherein a mirror structure is applied to the intersecting region with respect to light incident from any direction of the first core portion and the second core portion. However, the light is provided so as to be branched in three directions. [Selection] Figure 3 |
