abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene detection method for obtaining a material for judging a genetic risk of chronic kidney disease. SOLUTION: For 4,587 Japanese, 222 genetic polymorphisms for 176 candidate genes were detected using PCR, sequence-specific oligonucleotide probes, and suspension array technology (SAT), We detected genetic polymorphisms significantly associated with chronic kidney disease.
