An effective dosing regimen, kit and use thereof for neural stem cell proliferating agents and neural stem cell differentiating agents. The present invention provides an effective dosing regimen for a neural stem cell proliferating agent, a kit comprising an effective dosing regimen for a neural stem cell proliferating agent, and uses thereof. In particular, in contrast to high dose administration in the short term, neural stem cell proliferating agents are delivered continuously to mammalian subjects at low doses.
