abstract | A method for predicting the pharmacokinetics of a fine particle formulation from in vitro results, a system for carrying out the method, a selection method using the method, and a correlation between results obtained in vitro and in vivo A screening kit is provided. A method for predicting the pharmacokinetics of an administered microparticle formulation in vitro, which comprises the following steps (1) and (2). Step (1): Fluorescently labeled microparticle preparation is incubated with two or more kinds of primary cultured cells or cell lines derived from any of liver, blood vessels, blood, lungs and spleen, and flow cytometry is performed over time. The number of cells and the fluorescence intensity thereof are measured, and based on the numerical values measured in step (2): step (1), the absorption ratio or distribution ratio of the preparation for each cell type is predicted.
