titleOfInvention | Fluorine-containing cyclic olefin compound and method for producing the same, fluorine-containing cyclic olefin ring-opening polymer, and fluorinated cyclic olefin ring-opening polymer hydride |
abstract | The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing cyclic olefin ring-opening polymer which is improved in heat resistance and solubility in a solvent without impairing the features such as excellent light transmission properties of conventional fluorinated cyclic olefin ring-opening polymer hydrides. Provide hydride. A novel fluorine-containing cyclic olefin compound having a specific structure (for example, Diels-Alder adduct of dicyclopentadiene and octafluorocyclopentene) is used as a monomer. It was found that hydrogenated fluorine-containing cyclic olefin ring-opened polymer having improved heat resistance and solvent solubility was obtained by hydrogenating it. [Selection figure] None |
