A solid powder cosmetic comprising: (A): 30 to 100% by mass of a composite powder obtained by mixing (a) powder and (b) an oil agent liquid at 25 ° C. in supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide, (B): Powder other than component (A) 0-35% by mass, (C): Oil agent 0 to 35% by mass The mass ratio of (a) and (b) is 95: 5 to 50:50, and 50 to 95% by mass of the powder component and 5 to 5% of the oil agent component are included in the total composition of the solid powder cosmetic.
