The present invention provides a method and apparatus capable of providing a high reaction rate for a thermal chemical reaction. At least one reactant in a thermal chemical reaction, including at least one reaction chamber containing a catalyst and at least one heat exchanger in thermal contact with each other, while eliminating deep oxidation.
