abstract | Provided is a portable radiographic image reading system capable of confirming information related to radiographic imaging and obtaining a desired radiographic image efficiently. Image data generated according to the intensity of irradiated radiation is supplied from an imaging panel to a control circuit and written into a memory. An image display signal DS is generated based on the image data from the imaging panel 21 or the image data read from the memory 29 and supplied to the display unit 32. Data indicating identification information, imaging conditions, and the like is input from the input device 74 and stored in the memory 29. This data is read out to generate an information display signal DJ and supplied to the display unit 32. Since the radiation image, identification information, imaging conditions, and the like are displayed on the display unit 32, it is possible to correctly perform imaging using this display and easily check whether a desired radiographic image has been obtained.
