titleOfInvention Method for evaluating cell growth factor activity by measuring glucose consumption
abstract 【Task】 Conventionally, there is only a destructive method for measuring the activity of a cell growth factor contained in a culture substrate, and the activity could not be measured over time using the same sample. The present invention provides a novel method capable of measuring the activity of a cell growth factor contained in a tissue regeneration substrate in vitro non-destructively, simply and over time. [Solution] The present invention is characterized in that the activity of cell growth factor is measured by seeding cells on a tissue regeneration substrate containing cell growth factor, and measuring the glucose consumption in the culture solution after culturing for a certain period of time.
