titleOfInvention Two-dimensional solid-state imaging device
abstract A two-dimensional solid-state imaging device including a sub-wavelength lens having a structure in which a refractive index when viewed from an incident electromagnetic wave changes spatially and smoothly. In a two-dimensional solid-state imaging device, a plurality of pixel regions 20 are arranged in a two-dimensional matrix in the X direction and the Y direction, and each pixel region 20 includes at least one light receiving element 21. Each pixel region 20 includes a condensing element 30, and the condensing element 30 includes a sub-wavelength lens having a convex portion or a concave portion having a size equal to or smaller than the wavelength of the electromagnetic wave incident on the light receiving element 21. The edge of the recess is rounded. [Selection] Figure 1
