A secondary battery capable of improving storage characteristics and high-load discharge characteristics is provided. An electrolytic solution is provided together with a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and a separator provided between the positive electrode and the negative electrode is impregnated with the electrolytic solution. The positive electrode active material of the positive electrode 21 contains a lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese, or lithium nickel composite oxide. The electrolyte salt of the electrolytic solution is at least one of lithium hexafluorophosphate, lithium tetrafluoroborate, lithium perchlorate, lithium hexafluoroarsenate, a chain imide salt, a cyclic imide salt, and a chain methide salt. 1 type | mold and at least 1 sort (s) of predetermined | prescribed oxalate salt are included.
