abstract [PROBLEMS] To maintain an initial dynamic friction coefficient for a long period of time, have excellent wear resistance, and can suppress the formation of emulsion that leads to rust generation and hydraulic failure even when water is mixed into an oil tank. A lubricating oil composition is provided. A total amount of a lubricating base oil and (A) a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate having a secondary alkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms (R 1 to R 4 ) represented by the following general formula (1): 0.1 to 0.4% by mass in terms of zinc amount, and (B) one or more selected from calcium sulfonate having a base number of 150 mgKOH / g or more and calcium phenate having a base number of 150 mgKOH / g or more based on the total amount 0.1-0.5 mass% in terms of calcium amount, and (C) 0.05-0.3 mass% in terms of calcium amount with respect to the total amount of calcium sulfonate having a base number of 50 mgKOH / g or less.
