An object of the present invention is to provide an external coating agent having an excellent effect using a naturally derived component. In order to achieve the above object, an external application agent comprising 15 wt% to 50 wt% of an extract of Cats claw (Rubiaceae Uncaria) and shea butter is adopted, and immediate effects and effects are achieved.
